Allegiant Networks, a locally headquartered VoIP communications, networking, and managed services reseller/provider, is expanding it's sales force in the metro area. Allegiant is looking for aggressive, consultative sales professionals to join our growing company. Allegiant Networks was recently ranked the second fastest growing business in the KC area by the Kansas City Business Journal. We represent market leading manufacturers such as Avaya, Microsoft, Juniper, Citrix, Compellant, and HP. Allegiant Networks is currently preparing to launch an exclusive,comprehensive managed services platform geared at supporting the small to medium enterprise for both telephony and data services.

The position includes a base plus commission pay structure and work from home options after the initial 90 day training period. Realistic second year earnings potential of six figures for the right candidates. Lead generation (via in-house telemarketing), existing client relationships and database tools are provided to supplement new business development responsibilities.

Requirements:

  •  Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Consistent and verifiable track record of annual quota achievement.
  • Ability to leverage relationships and knowledge of market and territory.
  • Record of developing new business and management of complex sales cycle.
  • High level of personal and professional motivation and accountability.
  • Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills as well as high degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • A strong drive to succeed in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability and willingness to understand and stay current with market trends and competitors.
